Food Valley Board of Advice

Innovation and product development are the most important themes at Food Valley and they are also key to Struik Foods Europe; innovation means that we link nutrition with health and in this view the Dutch government has made the development of healthy food a priority.

The Food Valley Board of Advice was established within Struik Foods Europe in 2005. The board is made up of external experts and offers advice to the Struik Directors on innovation and innovation policy. This mainly concerns large projects in the area of food development, carried out by Struik, in cooperation with the Agrotechnology & Food Innovations department of the University of Wageningen.
